TLR is a chronological register that answers: “What happened, in what order, and when?” It records factual events only (no advice, no instructions, no promises).

Set file header (client + file ID + as-of).
Add events (one row per event).
Keep descriptions factual (what happened).
Export JSON for backup; CSV for review/printing.

This tool is structured so CROSR/DRT could later suggest event types or pre-fill references. No automation is enabled. TLR remains manual today.

Your entries are saved in this browser via localStorage (no uploads, no servers). Clearing browser storage will erase this timeline. Use JSON export for backup.

CSV is for spreadsheets. JSON is for full fidelity backup/restore.
