SMCR Utility — CROSR (Credit Report Observations & Status Register)

CROSR is an internal observations register. It helps you log what you see on a report, track status, and keep a clean timeline—without making claims or giving instructions.

Set your file header (client + report pull date).
Add observations (one item per row).
Use status: Observed → Pending → Reviewed.
Export CSV for your records, or print a clean log.

Template (short):

Your entries are saved in this browser via localStorage (no uploads, no servers). If you clear browser storage, the register will reset.

CSV is for spreadsheets. JSON is for full fidelity backup/restore.
